Yuki is an exercise physiologist (Stanford med.) with over 7 years of experience within the health and fitness industry in Hong Kong. She is also an NASM certified personal trainer and a FRC mobility specialist. Over the past years, she has worked with some of the most industry well-known brands such as Topfit, Pure Fitness, and adidas. Yuki is also certified with the followings:-

Diet & Nutrition
understand that nutrition is an important factor when it comes to fat loss or gaining muscles being one of your fitness goal. For optimal results, one must ensure to consume an adequate amount of protein per day. Your diet also contributes hugely in determining the amount of visceral fat you obtain in your body. If your VFA level is high, you may have a higher chance of developing high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol or heart diseases.

FAQs
What is the general process of consultation with yuki?
During the 60-mins long consultation, you will go through a general fitness and lifestyle assessment to determine your current levels of muscle strength, flexibility, cardio endurance, postural alignment, as well as going through an in-body analysis to find out your current VFA, muscle and fat mass. We will then look at your current lifestyle to see if there’s any stressors causing high levels of cortisol in your body, and how we may be able to minimize it.
Where will the consultation and training be held at?
All personal training and consultations take place at a gym in central, Hong Kong. (10 mins walk from central MTR exit D). Once you have booked your appointment, we will send you the exact address upon with a text confirmation.
What are the payment options?
We accept bank transfer (HSBC), payme, and FPS.
What are the cancellations and reschedule policies?
cancellations can be made 24 hours in advance. If any booking cancellations happens within the 24-hour window, the session will automatically be deducted and no refunds will be made. If a doctor’s note is present, or if during a black rainstorm/ T8 or above weather warning, you may cancel your class within the 24 hours window.
are there any expiry dates to the sessions i purchased?
No, there won’t be any expiry dates. However, we do suggest you to train at least once a week in order to make changes in your health and lifestyle habit.
